1. Who we are

This website, voice.eldris.ai, is run by EldrisAi OÜ ("Eldris", "we"), registration number 17298529, Ruunaoja tn 3, 11415 Tallinn, Estonia. Eldris is responsible for the personal data this website collects. Contact us about anything in this notice at compliance@eldris.ai or on 020 3996 2101.

We do not sell your data.

2. Website analytics (Google Analytics)

Every page of this site loads Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-RTQQDNH13J). It sets cookies in your browser and sends Google information about your visit: the pages you view, how you arrived, your browser and device, and an approximate location derived from your IP address. We use it to understand how the site is used.

Google Analytics loads when a page loads. The cookie banner on this site does not switch it off. To stop it, block cookies for this site in your browser settings or install Google's Analytics opt-out add-on. Google explains how it uses data from sites that use its services here.

When you press "Acknowledge" on the banner, your browser stores one item (eldris_voice_cookie_consent) so the banner does not show again. It is not sent to us.

3. Talking to the voice agent in your browser

The "Talk to Eldris" button opens a voice drawer. When you start a conversation, your browser asks for microphone access. Your voice is streamed through LiveKit, a real-time audio service, to the Eldris voice agent, which answers with audio and shows a transcript on screen. The agent uses speech-recognition, language-model and voice services to understand you and reply. We also receive the language you choose and the page you are on.

You are speaking to an AI receptionist, not a person. Do not share information you would not want processed this way. To ask what we hold about a conversation you had, or to have it deleted, email compliance@eldris.ai.

4. Text chat

When you type in the chat, your message, the conversation so far, a session ID, your browser language, the page address, the page that referred you, your browser's user agent and the time are sent to our own automation server (n8n, at n8n.eldris.ai). The reply is written by a language model from OpenAI, using a search over our own knowledge base (Pinecone). Chat messages are stored in our database (Supabase). If you give your name, email or phone number in the chat, it is stored as an enquiry and a person at Eldris is alerted by email so they can reply.

5. The quote builder

The quote builder on this site sends your answers (sector, team size, languages, the tasks and integrations you choose, your notes), your name, email and company, the page address and your browser's user agent to our automation server (n8n), which prepares your quote and emails it to you. We use these details to send the quote and, if you ask for one, to arrange a call.

6. Phone calls and email

Calls to the demo line, 020 3769 0881, are answered by the same AI voice agent, not a person. Emails to compliance@eldris.ai are read by people at Eldris and kept in our mailbox so we can reply.

7. If your business uses Eldris Voice

When a business buys Eldris Voice, the calls its agent handles, and the transcripts, recordings and lead details they produce, are processed for that business under a data processing agreement that comes with the contract. As our Terms of Service (section 10) say, they may be processed by third-party voice, telephony and AI infrastructure providers acting on our behalf, solely to deliver the service. Callers to a client's line should contact that business first; we will help them respond.

8. Services your browser contacts

Loading this site also sends your IP address to the services that deliver parts of the page:

• Cloudflare, which serves the site;
• Google Fonts and Fontshare, which serve the fonts;
• Supabase, which stores and serves the images and articles;
• YouTube, for video thumbnails on some articles (the video itself loads from YouTube only when you press play);
• Google, for the "preferred source" button on articles and for Google Analytics (section 2).

9. How long we keep data

We have not yet published a retention period for each kind of data above. Until we do, ask us and we will tell you what we hold about you and for how long, and delete it on request where the law allows.

10. Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Email compliance@eldris.ai. You can also complain to a data protection authority: in Estonia, the Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon); in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office.

11. Changes to this notice

When we change this notice we update the "Last updated" date at the top of the page. The Terms of Service cover the service itself.
