Smith.ai publishes three AI receptionist plans. The free plan covers 25 calls a month, then “$3.00/call after that”. The paid AI plans start at “$150/mo $2.00/call”, and the Enterprise AI plan is listed at “$500/mo $1.67/call”. On the paid AI plans, the page says “the call can be transferred to a live North America-based receptionist”.
Smith.ai also sells receptionist plans answered by people. The entry plan is “$300 / month 1 free transfer destination. Overage: $11.50/call over 30”. The same page lists a “Dedicated Spanish line — $1.00” per call and says “All plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee”.
